Homogenizer is a device suitable for homogenizing and emulsifying liquid materials with viscosity below 0.2 Pa. s and temperature below 80 degrees Celsius.
The working principle is to send the processed material to the homogenization valve in a high-pressure form through the reciprocating motion of three plungers, so that the material flows through the small gap between the valve disc and the valve seat and is subjected to the combined forces of turbulence, cavitation, shear, etc., processing the originally rough emulsion into a fine, uniform and stable liquid to liquid mixed emulsion or liquid to solid dispersion. The average fineness of its emulsion is below 1um, and the average particle size of its solid dispersion is below 2um. During the working process, it integrates the functional principles of internal jet, ultrasonic homogenizer, chest grinder, ball mill, etc. After high-pressure homogenization, materials have many advantages, such as high stability, reduced layering, improved storage quality, accelerated reaction time, and saved additives.
Homogenizers are widely used in the processing of products in industries such as dairy, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, textile, and biochemical engineering. Natural health drinks that can reduce protein and plant fiber are prone to layering and sedimentation.
